If you are arriving with Non O visas from your home country, do you need to have a return trip ticket upon arrival?

Filling up online form for a one year Ed visa from abroad, I have to inout return ticket details.

Does the mentioned return date have to be within 3months?

Do I have to buy a return ticket for that date really? If yes, It would just go wasted.

Two questions:

1) if you are self employed do they want professional portfolio or just business license / info etc

2)if you arrive with dtv do you need to show return plane ticket ?

If it helps I’m from the USA. Thanks 🙏

Hi all,

Does anyone know whether you also have to show a return ticket on departure or immigration for the DTV visa? This is the case with the visa-free entry or the tourist visa (TR). Many thanks

Bit confused. Effective15 July 2024

If there is a possibility of 30 days extension, are the passport holders of the listed 94 countries allowed to enter with a return airline ticket of over 60 days but under 90 days?

Anyone had any experience with this? I rang the consulate and they said, “ it should be ok” but would rather be sure. I also went out the the airport last month to check with Thai Airways check in desk and was told no problems, but that was with one person at the desk who I forgot to write down his name.

I have been unable to find anything regarding this from official sites.

Hi, I am a US citizen, Do I need to show a return airline ticket to get the automatic 30 day tourist? I am also interested in the non-immigrant 0 A visa, if approved will that allow me to travel to other countries for vacation? Is it best to apply throu the e-visa site or apply there in Thailand?

Hi everyone. I'm going to fly to Thailand from South Africa within the next week and will be arriving on visa exemption as I will be applying for my student visa in Thailand. I just want some clarity as to whether a return ticket is needed out of Thailand for the visa exemption, and whether the ticket should be back to SA specifically or just anywhere out of Thailand.

I'm from the US and will enter Thailand from the Philippines and get a tourist visa on arrival. Question: is a return or onward ticket required to enter Thailand?

Also, is health insurance required. If so, what are the policy requirements?
