I suggest reaching out to a few agents and seeing what they say. They may know the system better and/or can share other clients’ experiences
I’m sure you can share your situation and ask directly how long to wait to reapply. Can also inquire about pricing. Some offer a refund if you get rejected- at least from what I saw in the posts
Seems like Chinese citizens are getting rejected or asked for interview.
Check past posts. Someone applied with Jakarta- was rejected the first time and the 2nd time provided extra explanation for something, was asked for an interview, and was accepted

Just add a cover letter stating that you get paid via PayPal and your position is not located in Thailand or associated with Thailand at all. they may ask for a contract or letter from client/employer that you can work remotely

Revolut provides multiple cards - single virtual, virtual and a physical card.
I use single card for single online payments; virtual card (not connected to physical card) for online payments and when there’s a card machine; physical card (has virtual version) for atm withdrawals. You can also freeze your card via app so no transactions can be made until you unfreeze it
