This was my timeline for workation:

Submitted: Mon 15 Sept, 15:34 (Bali time)

Changed to Processing Pending Approval: Tues 23 Sept, appx 17:00 (Bali time)

Approved: Tues 23 Sept, 21:10 (Bali time)

My boyfriend applied 18 Sept, and still waiting.

I suggest reaching out to a few agents and seeing what they say. They may know the system better and/or can share other clients’ experiences

I’m sure you can share your situation and ask directly how long to wait to reapply. Can also inquire about pricing. Some offer a refund if you get rejected- at least from what I saw in the posts

Seems like Chinese citizens are getting rejected or asked for interview.

Check past posts. Someone applied with Jakarta- was rejected the first time and the 2nd time provided extra explanation for something, was asked for an interview, and was accepted

Just add a cover letter stating that you get paid via PayPal and your position is not located in Thailand or associated with Thailand at all. they may ask for a contract or letter from client/employer that you can work remotely

Revolut reimburse your atm fees (if you are within plans limit) but not the fee the bank of the atm may impose. CS reimburses all fees

Revolut provides multiple cards - single virtual, virtual and a physical card.

I use single card for single online payments; virtual card (not connected to physical card) for online payments and when there’s a card machine; physical card (has virtual version) for atm withdrawals. You can also freeze your card via app so no transactions can be made until you unfreeze it
