For those under DTV visa, how do you pay utility bills and day to day stuff? Like other than cash, are there possible ways to pay digitally for rent and stuff? Better to have a digital trace rather than rely on receipts.

And another big question, how do you buy a car if you can't have a thai bank account?

Hello , good evening, does anyone knows what documents need for buy the second hand car in Thailand? I have my passport with non b visa with my work permit and the international driving licence, I know I should have TM 16 form from immigration but I don't know what documents need for getting TM16 from immigration, if someone knows and can help me with that I would be so grateful and appreciate it , thank you in advance 😊🙏🏽

Residence certificate to buy a car. Do you need to aquire from your nearest imm dept. or can you get from any. Have moved to chonburi, but going up to Korat tomorrow. Tm30 is now Chonburi.
