How has everyones experience been applying for the DTV extension? I need to go this week and I'm feeling a little nervous. This would be my first time extending. Any tips are appreciated.
Applied in Jakarta on the 17th September and haven't heard back (today 25th September). The status below still says:
"Processing Pending Document Check (1)", I haven't received an Email from their side e.g asking for more documents, but would that appear also on their webpage if that was the case?
Anyone also experiencing this applying through Jakarta?
Anyone have any experience going the Washington DC immigration office. Applied for DTV Visa on June 15th and still awaiting documentation check. A bit nervous since I have flight on August 1st
Just wondering if anyone else has applied for the DTV visa from Cambodia recently? I submitted my application on June 2nd, and it’s now been 18 business days – still showing as “Pending Approval.”
Is this delay normal, or should I be concerned? Would really appreciate hearing about your timelines or any recent experiences. Thanks in advance!
Update: got approved today 30/6 after 28 days (19 business days) 🥳
Hey folks, I applied for soft power Muay Thai at Canberra embassy in Australia on the 14th of May, I had to add an additional doc on the 20th, I’ve heard Canberra can be fast and slow approving visas. Has anyone else on here gone through Canberra and what were your results.
What’s everyone’s experience been like with the Canberra embassy? Applied a bit over a month ago, got asked for further documents and now it’s been pending for 3-4 weeks
Submitted my application to the Los Angeles consulate on Jan 30th for workcation digital nomad.
Received a request on February 14th for more documentation. They wanted to see a tax return, portfolio, and business registration. I sent that all the same day.
No update on the dashboard since, it still says "Pending document check".
I read on Reddit that it takes 2-4 weeks normally with the LA consulate. I am now entering week 5.
Anyone else have experience with the Los Angeles consulate and timeframes?
