Wait a minute 3 months seasoned then i take 400,000b from my account and make interest money in the real world? What if I want all my money and want to leave ?

Be aware you may transfer from Wise to Thailand but may not be allowed to transfer back to your account in your country through Wise.They like to play games here.Also no interest

on 800 000b.Be prepared to be disappointed in your paradise IMHO

It took two seconds to appear in your account ? Thats a good one. Try getting your money back through Wise . Let me know how that works out for you. Just a heads up if you touch any of that money which was transferred to your Thai bank even if its above the 800,000b and you withdraw anything within the two months you maybe questioned by immigration..

Immigration does not play around here in Thailand. Sounds like Mission Impossible to me and will self destruct maybe not in 5 sec but immigration will catch up with you. Who knows they could ban you for a few years or permanently IMHO

I got my Non-O in Thailand but had to make a border run 25,000b and two days later i had my Non-O . I funded my account with 800,000b with my own money. The bank account was not difficult to open but you will make no interest. You can not make a POD or Joint account . If you die you lose unless a Thai attorney draws up a will naming the beneficiaries and even then their is no guarantee the process will be seamless.

You are correct I learned this when I wanted to add my kids in the states as beneficiaries or ( POD) pay on death. You need the Thai will and court.

I just opened my account with a small deposit. I now have to make my final 800,000b deposit .Im not looking forward to doing this because of the exchange rate USD to Thai baht but I need the bank account to stay. My story is different then yours i have to maintain my 800,000b for two months.
