TLDR : Answer Summary
The post discusses a member's Non-O visa stamped T-B3, questioning its multi-entry status while planning a return to the U.S. The comments clarify that currently, there are no multiple entry Non-O visas, and emphasize the importance of ensuring a valid re-entry permit if the individual is on a 1-year extension of stay, especially before leaving Thailand.

Im on a 1 year extension of stay and have to report via on line in February 17 2026. Is this a problem if im leaving January 21 2026 and returning in May or July 2026. confusing myself here ๐
A 90 day report is simply you reporting that you've been in Thailand for 90 consecutive day. If you're not in Thailand, then you haven't been in Thailand for 90 consecutive days. You start counting again from day 1 when you return, but you won't be able to do it online then. You'll have to go in person as the first report after entering Thailand must always be in person.
no, if you don't complete 90 days before you leave you don't report, the count restarts at day 1 when you return

There's no such thing as a multiple entry non-O visa anymore.
Are you actually on the 90 days of a Non-O visa, or are you on 1-year extension of stay?
I'm assuming you're on an extension of stay because you said you want to go back for "a few months" and a 90-day stay would not cover that period of time.
If you're on the 1-year extension of stay based on retirement, what you need is a re-entry permit. What is stamped on a visa is irrelevant because the visa is void as soon as you enter Thailand it's used up.
So check your passport and see if you can find your 1-year extension stamp, and if you can find a re-entry permit that's valid until the end of your extension. If you have that, then you are good to go. If you do not have it, then you need to purchase one from either your immigration office at the airport on your way out.
