point taken. But at the same time when people ask this question it’s harder to answer if they don’t say what vibe they are looking for…at least it’s easy to answer.
hi. I’m still learning but the basic - when you do a lease as long as 30 years (the max) you have to then register it at the land office. Apparently the land office is VERY particular about these 30 year leases. I believe that is due to the length of the lease which gives a foreigner total control over the land (unless you make a crap lease agreement for yourself). As we all know Thailand is not a fan of foreign ownership of the land (I’m a fan of that too for cultural reasons).
