Despite what everyone was saying about Seoul requiring Korean residency, I was actually approved.

Applied for workation. Needed to submit 3 months of bank account containing >500k thb all months. Resume. Certificate of income from government (submitted tax return). Employment certificate requesting DTV visa with official seal and signature. Lease agreement or hotel reservation (for SK or Thailand I don’t know so I submitted both).

We are US citizens and are looking to book a trip to Thailand from 3/19-4/22 which would exceed the 30 day visa on arrival. We will be taking side trips to Vietnam and Cambodia but have to go back in to Thailand to catch our flight back to the US. What visa do we obtain?

I'm a US Citizen, but already living abroad (with my wife, three kids). Do I have to go back to the US to apply? What's the relationship between applying online to current/physical location?

Can US Citizens open a bank account in Thailand without long term visa ? Non-resident. And which bank would you guys recommend if I can do so?

I'm confused. I saw a post on here saying US citizens need to "apply" for a tourist visa when traveling from Vietnam to Thailand? I thought we had visa on arrival?

We are from the US. Before the pandemic we traveled to Thailand many times and have always gotten a visa from our local consulate the same day but just discovered the change to e-visa only and the 18 business day wait time. Oops! We are leaving in 8 business days! Does anyone know if we can enter on the Visa exemption then leave 50 days later with our 60 day e-visa? Or do you have to enter with the e-visa to activate it?

Question for US citizens: I’m in India right now visiting for the next 3 months. I want to apply for a 90 day visa for Thailand from here. Since I’m away from home, how can I get my 90 day visa to enter Thailand? I intend to do multiple extensions from that while working on my retirement visa within Thailand.
