EVERYWHERE else in thailand is FAR cheaper.

There are jobs a available in nearly every province.

Again. I pay ฿5000 IN CHIANG MAI 1km from the old city.

It i move 12-15km out side of thebold city i can get a 3 bedroom 2 bath house with a garden for 6-9k baht.

For 10k baht you get swimming pools and other “luxuries”.

There are many other options outside of bkk.

Loei, nan and phayao are even cheaper than chiang mai.

if you visited before then ypu should already know that $500-1000usd for a place to live it outrageous (unless you are planning to be in some places in bkk).

Get another ED visa. The schools in chiang mai are doing it no problem.

Probably better to get here fast as you may be able to get an additional education extension.

Always better to change when you are NOT on the covid exemptions.

Just to be clear. Does the 2018 ruling about not needing a work permit to work at your own company, only apply to the USA treaty businesses?
