Hi, I am looking for advises. I am a 28 French and currently on an ED Visa that end on November 28th. The Hua Hin immigration gave me a TM7 form for when it ends to switch to exempt until 28 December (I think?) but what comes after?

Without covid I would get a new ED or a TR but now I have no ideas, cannot do exempt run too right? I have quite a lot of money but Im too young for a O Visa...

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is currently on an ED visa in Thailand, expiring on November 28. They have been given a TM7 form to potentially switch to a visa exemption until December 28. There are various suggestions from the community about applying for another ED visa, seeking a volunteer visa, or extending the current one, especially considering COVID-related changes.

I thought the covid extension was for 60 days, why are they giving you just 30?

Im also on a ed visa that will end in december, i dont wanna keep studying so i wish to apply for the covid extension. Did you manage yours?

You ll need to extend your present ED visa or get a new one

Get a volunteer visa, everything else is a pain in the arse and not worth the money.

the agent I contacted said the same.

Get another ED visa. The schools in chiang mai are doing it no problem.

Probably better to get here fast as you may be able to get an additional education extension.

Always better to change when you are NOT on the covid exemptions.

Tick tock.

I am in Hua Hin and will move to bkk soon. Unless Chang mai does remote courses it wont do.

I will check bkk but I heard of school saying they could provide a Visa but the person ended up waiting with nothing... scary.
