Has anyone applied for their DTV visa in South Korea, if so how was the process and experience?

Non South Korean resident / tourist exempt visa sticker

Despite what everyone was saying about Seoul requiring Korean residency, I was actually approved.

Applied for workation. Needed to submit 3 months of bank account containing >500k thb all months. Resume. Certificate of income from government (submitted tax return). Employment certificate requesting DTV visa with official seal and signature. Lease agreement or hotel reservation (for SK or Thailand I don’t know so I submitted both).

DTV Approved - South Korea, e-visa. Applied on 25 September, approved earlier this evening. Workcation category, included details of my Singapore based company. Over the moon.

Update on the previous 10 day quarantine that passed someone somewhere. It's only for 6 countries (yes, China is one), you can only travel to certain provinces after quarantine, and you have to wear a tracking device...

Despite what the media says it seems like South Koreans can travel to Thailand with a visa exemption due to the bilateral agreement that both countries have.
