Hi I’ve come in on a non b visa ( first 3 months) my employer has sent in my passport for the work permit application but I need to quit this job, can I go to get my passport back from immigration and withdraw my application. Will I be able to stay on the non b visa until it expires after 3 months?

I'm looking for advice/recommendations on who to contact to find out if my partners career skills would allow her to gain employment with an overseas company/corporation, based in Bangkok.

I'm aware of the strict employment rules.

I'm assuming we would need to talk to a recruitment consultant who specialises in overseas employment, but any help/suggestions would be appreciated.

I actually have a WorkPermit Book and stamp visa still available until next year.

I plan to move back to my country for a month (and I will apply for Re-Entry stamp of course before leave Thailand).

But the company I work for in the WorkPermit just close a few weeks before !!!

My question is : when I will come back to Thailand in airport, is it possible that they can annoy me because the company close ? Or is not a problem because my visa stamp and WorkPermit book is ok until next year ?

I am aware that once I cancel my WP, my visa will be cancelled as well. But I can apply for 7 days extension.

Hi, I want to change my extension of stay from working (teacher non-b) to marriage. I will still be employed by the same school and they will supply the required documents.
