I wish you all the best... I have customers arriving from Singapore on Wednesday... It's so mental and so un necessary... If they go back to quarantine then that will destroy tourist (as in genuine 2 to 3 week holiday makers) confidence and we could well lose 2023

I think you might be classed as a migrant worker so the rules could be different for people from Myanmar (also Lao and Cambodia). You may get a better answer from one of the Myanmar oriented groups.

I've never known anyone to need a residence certificate to get a visa. To transfer ownership of a car or get a DL maybe.... do you mean TM30?
