Hotel will do your TM30 daily.

Banks Krungsi or Kasikorn people having to much hassle with Bangkok Bank.

You seem a bit lost dont normally recomend agents but why dont you contact Thai visa center who will assist (for a cost) in sorting out your bank account and first years extension.

What visa ? They all have costs or are you on about the arrival card (TDAC) and you already got the answer to that in one of your previous questions

 you would probably only get 2 60 day entries in year. You also have METV which can give you nearly 9 months of entries if you get entry dates right

If your personal coaching is online whilst here the DTV visa can be used. No hands on training whilst in Thailand though
