With the new rules, how many times can I enter in Thailand with a visa exemption? I'll enter by plane and won't extend the exemption.

TLDR : Answer Summary
Under the current visa exemption rules for Thailand, tourists can enter multiple times within a given year. There seems to be a consensus that while there technically isn't a limit on the number of entries, frequent entries may raise suspicion, leading to potential restrictions. Visitors typically receive an initial stay of 30 days upon arrival, and the possibility of further extensions depends on individual circumstances and the discretion of immigration officers.
Its not the amount of entries its length of time stayed and history extension etc

If you are a tourist you are probably fine. If you are trying to live (or almost live) there or spend an extended time then you might have issues. It all depends on what the IO thinks you are trying to do.

it’s unlimited. But if you abuse land border bounces you are most likely limited to two

Return flight to your home country, staying, two three four weeks at a time staying at local hotels they will lay out the red carpet for you. Come and go as many times as you want.

Rules haven't changed but they are just tightening up with how exempt entries for tourists were meant to buy used. Total seems to be 60+30 and a further 60 in a year as a tourist on holiday.
