yes if you meet the requirements. And you can purchase a re-entry permit if you want to leave Thailand. But that doesn't make anything multiple entry, it's just so your extension isn't cancelled when you leave.

Of course, why wouldn't you? There's nothing special about the DTV that allows its holders it ignore laws.

The ED is a non-immigrant visa. But that doesn't necessarily mean it will be easy to open a bank account. There have been many reports from as far back as last year of banks refusing to open accounts for ED visas for people going to language schools. Even if you can find a bank that will do it, they will likely require a residence certificate from immigration and a letter from your school.

There aren't anymore non-O multiple entry visas. By the validity dates it's clear that this is a single entry visa, as it's only valid for 90 days.

And then they find a new reason to reject you, right?

It's a 5 year visa that lets you in for 180 days at a time, so you do the math. Each embassy is different, and there are some embassies that won't even issue it if you have a 6 month class because it's a 5 year visa.

then you're going to have to pay an agent to open the bank account and possibly to get the visa if you don't have enough time for everything
