I have a Non OA retirement Visa.

Will be retuning for first time after visiting USA.

What is the process?

I mean - we land and I go through immigration.

They stamp me as returned to Thailand.

This starts my clock over again and I now have 90 days to check in again.

Am I correct?

What about the TM30?

Hello all,

I was wondering about 90 days report.

Here are my situtaion, I was reporting through website as usually but didn’t get any answer about the result after 14 days. So I decided to go to immigration but unfortunately earthquake happened. Today has passed the due date of 90 days report but I saw the news that Cheangwattana Building is having an accident occured again today. In this case, the immigration will cause a fine for 90 days report late or not ?

Hope every one stay safe !

Hi peeps! Quick one on 90 days reporting. My last entry back into Bangkok was end of September. I had since extended my OA visa for another year in mid November. So would my 90 days commence from my last entry in Sept on my old visa or from Nov based on my new visa? Thank you.

Hello everyone,

The 90 days reporting can be done 15 days before, until 7 days after the due date, when it is done in person at the migration.

Question: When reporting online, is the timeframe the same?

Thanks!

I came to Thailand on a single non-O Thai spouse visa. I have then converted it into 1 year non-O retirement visa. Do I really need to make a 90 days reporting in connection to getting the extension (which I did not do, but which the agent is telling me I have to do) - when I arrived on a single visa? I have now obtained the 1 year extension already.

CW report, extension NON-O married to Thai

Date of application - 19 Mar 2024

Date of 2nd stamp (after consideration) - 10 Apr 2024

Extension method - 400k lump sum in bank 2 month prior to application

On 10 Apr, no 90 days or bank book was checked or updated. Just get the final stamp, take only 30 min.

There was enormous queue to 90 days report counters, got queue ticket 10 AM, done with report 4 PM, more than 300 people in queue

Thanks to the advice from this group, I got my Non "O" Retirement 90 days until Sep 20, 2023 and the 1-year extension until Sep 18, 2024.

Question - if I leave Thailand on Sep 26 (7th day of 90 days expiration) for a short trip, do I still need to make the 90-days reporting physically at BKK Immigration, before leaving Thailand? I understand that our 90-days reporting must be made within 15 days before or after 7 days the period of 90 days expires.

Reporting online is no problem, but I am wondering if I have to go to BKK Immigration for my first 90-days reporting. Thank you in advance for any advice - the info you provide is immensely useful!!!
