TLDR : Answer Summary
Holders of the DTV visa must comply with the 90-day reporting requirement just like other visa holders in Thailand. This notification is necessary for all visa types unless one holds a permanent resident visa. However, if a DTV visa holder leaves and re-enters Thailand within 90 days, the timeline restarts. Digital options are available for reporting through the Thai immigration app or website.

From my understanding if you do not have perm resident visa in thailand you have to report if you are in thailand for 90 consecutive days.
Also my understanding they have an app you can use to do your 90 day check in its in the thai immigration website you can report there upload a digital tm.47 or down load the app from their website as well
People who care about 90 days reporting have a serious issue with authority figures (especially on DTV which only allows you to stay for 180 days anyway). In what other country in the world do authorities subject their "guests" to this nonsense?
