Can you make SETV In Philippines? (Cebu or Manila)? 

If so , is it easier there? What do you need?

Also , after doing 2 SETV with extensions (3 months, 1 month break, and 3 months) is it a problem to have now another SETV after a month break?

Is it really easier in Cambodia/Laos?

We are worried to get denied.

Do I need an onward ticket for the 60-day Thai tourist visa when applying from the Philippines if I plan to extend my stay?

Is it true, when applying for a 60 day Thai tourist visa (australian passport) FROM THE PHILIPPINES you need an onward air ticket for say 60th day, even though you will later extend for 30 days? ie wish to enter thailand with only an onward ticket for 90th day, not both.
