May seem like an odd question but is there a form I need to bring to the inspection place or do I just rock up in my car to the inspection place and they will fill out of a form for me?

Yes but the issue here is that where it says "Financial Evidence" it doesn't say what the actual requirements are. I have been working in Thailand under a non-b for 2 years which will get cancelled at the end of the year. I want to switch to this non-o visa but I don't know if they will accept Thai bank statements showing a monthly salary coming in. Or if there is a limitation to the monthly salary or what. I guess I'll just have to call them tomorrow, wondered if anyone on here had got it from the embassy there before.

Thanks for the reply, I appreciate you going to the trouble to get this, but this is for non-o/o-a/o-x retirement. I'm looking for a Non-o family/spousal visa. Of which I think the requirements are different.
