Prior to getting a non-B I had always gone to HCMC and this was a requirement. So I assumed it would be for Savannaket too. The Savannaket website doesn't mention about requiring one either so I suppose I can scrap it.
Yes I was aware of all the other documents, needed, I wasn't aware about them needing to be certified, I guess the wife will have to sign everything and write a letter. If the only financials they require are bank statements then I guess I can go. I just hate Laos and rather would do it in Vietnam.
I realise that but before 2019 I always used to get the visa from Ho Chi Minh without any financials. I heard that they just require bank statements showing a monthly income of 40k + and was wondering if anyone could clarify this.
