Not exactly visa related, but anyone have insight on current timing at BKK?

My daughter is arriving at BKK on an international flight, with only a 2:20 layover to catch to a domestic flight on VietJet. She has 1 bag to check (on a Deluxe ticket so theoretically should be a slightly faster check-in).

I'd usually guess around 1 hour to pass immigration and collect baggage, which would leave 1:20 for check-in & domestic security, but if queues are longer, I fear that's too tight.

Also, unfortunately the next flight I can change to is 4 hours later, but would save our money from getting burnt up from a late check-in.

When i arrive at Suvarnabhumi airport for Visa Exempt entry where do i go?

Has anyone tried the Fast Track at BKK airport. I will be in a bit of a rush after landing about 300pm. Any suggestions are helpful.

Sawadee khar, just arrived in Pattaya 💪🏽 incredibly long journey but worth it. Thought I'd share experience this evening of immigration: landed, from leaving plane to baggage collection was less than 11 minutes! Mega queues at immigration (we got off a very full plane -A380) and lots of others arriving. Booked both the golf buggy and fast track immigration with an airport service; super easy, very professional and polite. The staff were lovely and immigration officers were exceptionally nice and speedy! Very impressed. However baggage claim was chaos and took ages, but can't help that. Great experience won't do without it again. Stressful journey too, but now time for some well deserved Chang 🍻 chok Dee

What’s it like getting through T2 Heathrow at the minute to fly out to Bangkok

Any delays at check in or getting through to destination area

Question for the test and go program, is it a managed process of getting off , showing documents , taking the test , off to hotel , or can you do things in the airport like exchange currency and buy a SIM card before going to your 1 night sha hotel?

Wow arrived airport and from time of turning corner to go to immagration and getting bags to having a cig outside 19 minutes must be a record.
