Which tabien baan should I submit for the non-O spousal visa application at the Savannaket consulate?

I've got three choices for sending tabien baan to the Savannaket consulate for the non-o spousal visa:

1. My wife's new tabien baan, but the address doesn't match the one on her ID card.

1. Her old tabien baan that matches her ID card address.

1. Sending both tabien baans with the ID and hoping for the best.

Any thoughts on which option makes more sense to submit?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is faced with a decision on which tabien baan to submit for a non-O spousal visa at the Savannaket consulate. They have three options: a new tabien baan with an address mismatch, an old tabien baan matching the ID card address, or submitting both. The community offers advice, suggesting to bring all documents, get a new ID card, or keep the situation simple by submitting the old tabien baan alone. A recurring theme is ensuring address consistency between the tabien baan and ID card.

Takes less than an hour for a new card.

Curious to hear how this goes for you including a run down of what they wanted to see. Good luck!

Bring both, but they'll probably only be interested in the old one. They won't even know she's changed it, unless you bring it up.

this was a change of blue book which is what the question was about. We took him in with the new blue book and they processed the CoA and then produced the card just like a licence.
