Will I be flagged by immigration if I return for a tourist exemption shortly after exiting Thailand?

If I exit on a tourist exemption and come back a month later asking for a tourist exemption at Swampy with my Thai passport holding daughter, do you think the immigration officer at the airport will flag me? I would only have that 1 tourist exemption stamp in my passport and I do plan to convert this into a 90 day non-o spousal.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquires about the likelihood of being flagged by immigration upon re-entering Thailand on a tourist exemption after exiting just a month prior. Comments suggest that it is unlikely the immigration officer will raise any issues, especially if there is no history of back-to-back exemptions. Some recommend considering entry on a Non-Immigrant O visa instead to avoid potential complications.

It's an online application clearly explained, easy to do and usually issued within 2-3 days

can you tell me if they would accept a UK driver's license as proof of residency. Even though none of my family reside at that address anymore. Also will they accept 400k in a Thai bank account in my name as proof of funds?

Residency where? UK? They accept a passport, UK driving licence or utility bill in your name as residency in the UK and yes they should accept the money in a Thai bank account.

Yes, I heard they want more proof other than a passport to show that you reside at an address there, a document with your address on. And showing I have ยฃ1000 entering my bank every would be difficult because I get paid in THB and EUR entering two bank accounts that are not British. So hopefully they will be okay with only accepting the 400k savings. This is my concern.

A Thai bank account should be fine. As should your drivers license.
