Can I submit a bank statement as proof of address for either a thai international driving licence or a residency ceritficate from the immigration office?

I don't have the paper contract with me from the landlady, I submitted it for my TM30 but I do have the receipt. Could I just use that? Samut Prakan office.Kool *******
