nope but I cannot see a country that issues visas to Namibian citizens.

you cannot do that. You can only pre-apply for a 15 day visa on arrival.

If you want a proper Thai visa, you need to go here.

You need to make an appointment. As it appears to be an Honorary consulate, they may no longer even be open anymore or even be allowed to issue visas.

You'll be on your way back to Namibia to apply.

No country in SE Asia will sell you a new visa

Cyprus doesn't use Evisa as such for 60 day tourist visas.

They are telling you to use the Online Evisa application in order to prepay to get a 15 day visa on arrival.

There's a report here from 2022. A person with a US passport was turned away from getting a visa in Taipei for not having a residents card.

never in the amount of years I've been here, have I seen anybody be successful in gaining a visa in Taiwan without having residency there.

I do know that the Trade office for some reason is run by the Philippines.

Just before COVID, Taiwan gave 2 weeks notice of moving to Evisa but I don't think it's happened yet.

There have been long delays though for Taiwanese when applying for Tourist visas. Hence they have been granted all but temporarily, visa exempt entry.

Taipei has no Thai Embassy only a trade and economic office.

You also require a Taiwanese ID card etc to be able to apply there. It does state though you require flights in and out of Thailand for Non Taiwanese nationals.

I believe that's for non Taiwanese passport holders though with no Taiwanese residency.

Best to contact them and be certain you can actually apply there before travelling.

I've spent more years there than you've spent in Thailand.

Although in your case, that's not very long.

It's ok. We all know your an expert know it all 🤭

I'm done with you now so carry on regardless

I suggest you go read the requirements.

Flying into Yangon is a totally different game than doing a border crossing at Ranong and being restricted to that area.
