send a link to official law text and also a link to official law regarding remote work under dtv workcation AND soft power.

where does it say that you can work remotely under dtv but not under lets say a tourist visa. where is the explicit differentiation in the law? if you are so knowledgeable then you could quickly show proof for your statement. you wont find anything regarding that because thai law never specified remote work at all.

and in your opinion could you work remotely under soft power dtv? because you have not been approved a workcation ;)

working for abroad company can be done under any visa…. same as DTV… the dtv does nowhere specify what kind of work you can do. and when you get a soft power dtv it gets even more absurd as you could still work remotely.

you are clueless. a TM30 needs to be done by any accomodation on your first day of arrival. for anyone. tourists, expats, etc… no matter how long you stay… its a law. inform yourself before you give incorrect information… you never need a 12 months lease. for literally nothing. even a certificate of residence you can get with a tourist visa and 1 day hotel stay.
