No agent will be much help in this regard as you have to apply online and outside of thailand at a thai embassy via the eVisa service. nothing in person anymore. no agency will have their sketchy contacts play any significant role in increasing your chances to obtain the visa. everything they can do is look at your documents and answer questions. but this fb group can do the same for free…
in Krabi i needed the whole residency proof thing that people on retirement visa have to show :( rental contract, house owner Id, house book of my rented house plus house owners book. pictures of me in front of the house and the area. a map of the area, etc.. 😅
Sounds very easy in Phuket. What did you need to present for the „residency“ part? rental contract? IDs? house book? pictures? that was the most complicated part in Krabi for me.
for „bank statements“ i just logged into my online banking and exported the last 2 months.
it is allways your first personal visit if you leave the country and come back. since most people do not do the extensions they will allways have to go in person.
