How can I obtain a certificate of residence without the tm30 form from my hotel in Thailand?
Hi,
I need certificate of residence for driving license but my hotel refused to give me t30 paper.
Anyone can help ?

you are clueless. a TM30 needs to be done by any accomodation on your first day of arrival. for anyone. tourists, expats, etc… no matter how long you stay… its a law. inform yourself before you give incorrect information… you never need a 12 months lease. for literally nothing. even a certificate of residence you can get with a tourist visa and 1 day hotel stay.

Are you sure your hotel registered you? If they refused to give you tm30 paper maybe they didn't register you at all

You dont need tm30 paper for it. You show up at the immigration with your booking details. Even if you get a printout of tm30 they dont take it they ask for the rental/booking paper

ok I just told you that it was required at immigration when I did it. That was the form required along with passport size photo. I did it for my residency cert - lease is additional documents Doesnt seem to say "hotel booking" you can get a hotel booking anywhere doesnt mean you are actually there. Stop your BS and misleading people. I get really annoyed of people like you lying and gets people in issues seriously stop posting

I tried the tm30 printout last time for 90d report, no use... 4,5years here i never tried tm30 printout before, and I never will again. I tried that so i could pass the counter10 for adress and save time, but no... tm30 is not proof of residence you need
