With the tm30 and tm47 I’m wondering if anyone rents a very cheap place so use then hops around living anywhere? These forms don’t look fun unless you are happy where you are and staying long term.

Hello. If I am in Thailand and need to extend my stay, can a hotel give me a TM 30? I see many posts saying a landlord needs to submit it, but what if I’m basically living in a hotel?

🙋‍♀️ Question: Applicant with a 30 days exemption Tourist Visa to apply for 30 days extension. Does the applicant require to submit multiple TM30 if the stay with different landlord or hotel during the 30 days extension. Thanks.

Some advice with regard to registering as a foreigner in Thailand within 24 hours.

I am returning on a 60 day tourist visa with an intention to extend by 30 days.

I have flights booked 02.03.24 and 30.05.24

My girlfriend is allowing me to stay at her place in a Condo Apartment. In Nonthaburi which she rents from an individual. I am obviously not be paying money to stay at the condo. She has a lease, therefore is she the one to fill in the TM30. Is that all I need to present to immigration, or do I need other forms?

I want to make sure everything is submitted to allow my 60 to 90 day extension to go through without a hitch, and could you advise when I submit for extension. And what documents are required

Your assistance/advice would be appreciated xxxx

Hi all. Just wondered . I have arrived in Thailand on a 60 e visa. Do I have to inform immigration upon arrival of where I'm staying, as I have already given proof upon application ?

Thanks in advance .

That’s it unless you like to travel. If you don’t travel around and just stay at the premises you are registered at then you won’t have any issues. Your registration does not expire. As soon as you leave the country, even for a few days, you must re-register on your return.

# If you stay in a hotel/guest house within Thailand, then you’ve re-registered in a different location. Once you return to your primary location in Thailand you have to re-register in that location again - TM30 Explained! You Must Register Any Non Thai National Living In Your Property!
