When you DTV expires after the 5 years what are your options to stay more long term?

So the DTV has been out for about a year and a half now. Has anyone who received it had difficulty staying in Thailand continuously on it (doing extensions, border runs etc.)? I have seen people online claim that the DTV is not "intended" for living here for its full duration, but nothing in the official guidelines seems to imply that. Wondering what the reality has been with peoples' Immigration touchpoints.

I have DTV visa and it's been more than 6 months now and before that I did 3 border runs and I did 90 days checkin after 90 days of getting my DTV visa

Now I am going back to Thailand after 25 days from my country

So is there a questioning or problems at airport when I arrive Thailand ?

Please tell me guys if there is any questioning and problems so I can prepare myself

Hi from England, I hope to visit Thailand in October for 30 days. It will be my 3rd visit this year. I first arrived in March, for 30 days. The 2nd time was July, for 21 days. Will I need a visa or will I be ok on normal tourist visa. Thank you for your advice and help, Ian

If I am on the DTV; in 180 days would I have to submit all the same paperwork as before? Or do a border run every 150 days and just get restamped?

I am planning to go to Taipei in early October and apply for DTV.

I can prepare any period of bank statements that were three months or six months,but the problem is a few weeks ago, I put over 500,000baht in my account.

So if they ask for a month's bank statement, it will be fine but

If they ask for three or six months bank statement over 500000 bath for the whole period,

then I will give up going to Taiwan

I emailed the consulate in Taipei two days ago, but they did not answer exactly how many months of bank statement is needed,

they just answered if the documents are insufficient, they can request additional documents after review.

I'm really confused because I don't know exactly whether the 1 month bank statement over 500000 baht is sufficient or not

We came to Thailand on visa exemption and need to do 30 day extension. Our last day of visa is 17 of April, we were planning to go to immigration tomorrow for extension, but I see in their website it will be closed from tomorrow till 17th of April. Can we do extension on the last day of our visa? What can we do in this case? Somehow did not think of holidays…

We are in Bangkok.
