Apologies for not spelling out details.

My company will take care of cancellations on the 30th November. Both Work permit and extension of stay.

I thought this was only possible until 26th November?

This is what I am understanding based on a similar situation.

1- that you need to ask the embassy of your country. Italy can apply 10days in advance

2- extension starts on the day you obtain it. I would go a day in advance to start everything in case of any issues

3- Yes. First cancel your work permit, then Non-b visa then apply for emergency extension

Thanks Robert, I think my enquiry wasn't clear. I am clear on what to do but I wonder:

Is there any chance that my tourist visa application in Vientiane or KL will get rejected after having been in Thailand few years on a Non-B?
