Jamie Watt BOI needs investment, like an office, workers and cash, I don’t think you can run it from your home country. But you need to find out more.

You would need to have a company in Thai (start one) to stay and work here for an extended period of time.

I would of thought seeing no payment is being made and its a limited time, it would be ok. I have not seen any body being reported for doing this type of work.

How many Immigration jurisdictions in Thailand enforce the 24-hour reporting rule after re-entry?

Prachinburi require the 24 hour report after returning from another country, but they don't require in country reporting. No sure if they will fine you over the matter, but they fined someone the maximum for screwing there 90 reporting. (Not me by the way).
