ORIGINAL POSTERDo immigration still offer the "certificate of residence" I have to do my 5 year driving licence and in previous years used a combination of Yellow and Blue book. But in the new world if closer foreigner scrutiny I think they might want a certificate of residence. I'm in Prachinburi.

Just go to the amphur and use your yellow book, it costs ฿10 to print the papers

Yes. And some DLT offices have stopped accepting yellow books for license renewals as well.
