If they are asking for more verification? It means your account is not verified. In Thailand I find it best to use their Australian customer support because it's open when we are awake.

Book an hotel first for 5 days. You need to see the apartment yourself. This is so you can check the neighbours out, plus broadband, electric rates which vary from 4.5 to 12 Baht per unit.

So get off at BKK taxi or bus to Jomtien hotel. Facebook marketplace. Also you could head to the Wombat and Kiwi Bar. Loads of good expats in there. Most of them rent locally.

This is a good base for five days:

From outside the country you need to apply just for a Non-O multi entry from outside the country. You are not applying for marriage or retirement.

When you eventually get to Thailand put the money straight into your Thai Bank Account. After 60 days. Convert your Non O extension by family support.
