TLDR : Answer Summary
Travelers with a Non-O visa based on marriage can technically enter Thailand on a one-way ticket. However, experiences vary with airline check-in procedures, especially at Heathrow (LHR), where staff may require proof of onward travel. Most comments indicate that it's possible, but it is advisable to have a cheap onward ticket to avoid potential issues at check-in. Some travelers report being refused boarding on a one-way ticket, even with the correct visa.

On that visa non-O? No, you do not need a return ticket. I've personally flown one from Heathrow with Eva and Thai Airways on a one way ticket with the same visa you have.

In theory yes but LHR is a nightmare for travel documentation. I know people with Non Imm visas who have been refused boarding on one-way tickets(myself included). You'll be better off with cheap onward travel within 90 days to avoid any hassle.

I was quizzed at LHR last by Singapore Airlines check in who mentioned 30 days and my return flight in August. He'd missed my multi-entry Non-O visa and was ok as soon as I pointed it out to him.

It no problem entering Thailand, the problem is boarding your flight, LHR are sticklers for correct documentation and want to see onward travel. It's happened to me and plenty of other people. Just be aware.

You can enter Thailand with a one way ticket on any non-immigrant visa as the purpose of those visas is to reside in Thailand. If the airline staff argue, just escalate to a supervisor

Hi Brandon, some where in some paperwork, the one way or return ticket must stipulate the ruling of a non o visa, we have friends who know people who work in the Thai embassy, if I can get a definitive answer I shall let you know.

there's no guarantee for anything. Just make yourself familiar with an onward travel ticket website. If you run into an issue at the airport you can then use the side you investigated beforehand to order a ticket for proof.
