I need to know the exact forms I need to apply for the non-o retirement visa please.
I tried going to the Jomtien immigration office yesterday, but it was total mayhem there. Long cues everywhere and I could not figure out which line to get in to get the blank forms. I asked for a bit of help from a couple English speakers and they were no help.
My two bad knees will not allow me to stand forever in multiple cues. Getting the two knees replaced in BKK this month.
Anyway, I am now trying to download and print out the forms. Am I guessing right in that the first form would be the TM88?
What other forms would I need please?
I am pretty well up on the mechanics and procedures of the actual process.........but I do need to know which particular forms to get filled out.
Thanks in advance. I will be going to BKK immigration at the beginning of July to get my first one-year extension for my O Visa. My 90 day expires August 3. This is what they already have in their possession. 1-Copy of my one-year lease. 2- Map drawing of residence. 3-K Bank statement and 4-K Bank letter with 800,000. 5-Picture of TM30 submission. 6-TM87. Am I understanding correctly that when I go back to Immigration next week, I need a NEW TM7 and a NEW recent bank statement? If yes, then what else do I need to have with me given that they already have what I listed above in my packet. My 800,000 has not dipped below that amount since my last visit.
The Pattaya Visa office gave me form 87 when I quickly asked about family extensions. What is the difference between this and form 7? Thanks very much for all your answers.
Assuming we are able to get the transfer complete into our Thai account in time, we will head to immigration to apply for our non-o visa for purposes of retirement. We will have these documents:
Copy of:
data page
30 day extension stamp page
Tm 6 card
Tm 87 filled out
4cm x 6cm photo
Bank passbook updated same day
Letter from bank showing deposit
2000 baht
Anything else? Do they care about tm 30? Do we need a copy of original 45 day entry stamp?
I understand we need to go to cw. We've only been to mtt so far. While that turned out to be easy, it seemed complicated at first. Any tricks to getting to cw? It's called division 1, it that where we tell the taxi to go? Which counter do we go to inside? Thanks again.
