TLDR : Answer Summary
In Hua Hin, 90-day reporting for expats can be done at the main immigration office or the Bluport shopping mall, where the immigration office is located in the basement. The process is generally straightforward and can take less than half an hour to complete.

Hua Hin is fairly easy you can either go to the main immigration office or in the bluport shopping mall in the basement I've done it at both and in and out under half hour

Go to Immigration at Bluport or main Office or do online

All you need is your Passport if you go in person. Takes about 10 minutes if you go to Bluport.
