Hello everyone, my 30-day extension on my visa exemption expires on the 1st of April, but I’m getting my marriage registered on the 30th of March to my Thai spouse. Is it possible to apply for a 60-day visiting family extension right after the marriage registration? If so, which immigration office in Bangkok should I go to(I extended at Laksi last month). Thank you
Edit: A visa agent just told me if I already extended then I can’t extend again. Can someone confirm?

Good Morning folks, I currently live in the US with my Thai wife. We were married in the us almost 4 years ago and plan to spend a portion of our time in Thailand in the future. We will be there most likely in Nov this year and want to register our marriage in Thailand then. I am in the process of obtaining certified copies of the US marriage from both state and federal agencies. But I don't understand the KORROR 22 and what the steps are in Thailand. Can anyone give me some advice on what needs to be done or if there is an agency that handles this? Thanks a bunch for any advice!

My husband and I have retired in Thailand, where he was born and has acquired citizenship. We entered the country on a retirement visa, but are experiencing difficulties in obtaining the necessary paperwork to legally reside in Thailand as his spouse. We possess a valid marriage license and certificate issued in the USA. Should we consider remarrying in Thailand to simplify the process, given our 28 years of marriage?
Hi, with regard to marriage registration.....I have the affidavit and certified copy of my passport from the Canadian embassy and I know we need to go to a department of consular affairs to register the marriage. Questions:
1. Do we both need to go together or can just one of us go?
2. Does it matter which office we go to? Normally we are in Bangkok, but we will be in Chumphon next week (where we will get married). My wife's ID card shows Chumphon but she lives in Bangkok
I'm returning to Canada on the 22nd and I could book an appointment for the 21st in the Bangkok office, but it wouldn't be convenient for my wife to attend (hence question 1)
