they send you to a room where a supervisor talks to you before they make the decision, at that time you can plead your “case” in a very persuasive manner…i take it you have never experienced this before
Marc Widmer once again there is no official limit on fly ins…so you’re fear mongering is not warranted…could it happen by an I/O then overruled by the I/O’s supervisor it’s happened many times…nothing is certain and nobody knows
there is no official limit on the number of Air arrivals one can do, however you are correct he could get that one overzealous I/O that says otherwise….
you could always fly back to your passport holding country(s) or a country you’re a legally recognized resident (permanent or other) and apply for the 6 month METV and with strategic border bounces and extensions get 9 months out of it….
You could always fly in get the 30 day visa waiver free stamp then extend it for 30 days for ฿1,900 at your local immigration office…or you could do a land border crossing get the same 30 day visa waiver stamp then extend it for 30 days at your local immigration office for ฿1,900….these will give you time to figure out a long term solution …good luck
