how do you stay for three months without getting an extension visa?

I have stayed in two resorts this year that did not want my passport when my wife offered it to them and in 2023 we stayed in a hotel that would not take my passport.As long as you get a TM30 from someone before you go to immigration then that is fine.I came to Thailand for 13yrs. before I even new what TM30 was and that was only because I went for an extension.

You can’t cancel you booking because you have to go to the hotel to get your mt30, don’t think they will give you that with out staying.

lots of Thai’s don’t know anything about an TM30 I came to Thailand for 13yrs and the people I new and stayed with often ,didn’t now anything about it, found out quickly when I wanted to extend my stay.

Along with your TM30 you need a passport size photo, copy of your passport and passport, you will need to fill in another form at immigration when you are there .

if you are on a British passport port you won’t have a visa number to give them.
