Print everything you submitted get a RTPCR test before you fly it’s only valid for 72 hours

Can I take a standard taxi from the airport to my SHA+ hotel in Bangkok if I book the hotel myself?

As far as I know you have to reserve the entire SHA+ package through the hotel…the thaipass only looks for the booking number and certificate that you booked through a SHA+ hotel…good Luck

Can I use visa exemptions to visit Thailand every two months for dental treatment?

You be should have no problems because according to the law you have unlimited entrance via air to Thailand, but however if you run into an over zealous immigration officer than they could make your life difficult…good luck
