What is the limit for TOTAL days as a tourist in a year?

Eg: I travel in/out of Thailand often, within the same tourist visa expiration date-

Is there a limit to the total number of days or visas, I’m allowed in the country as a tourist?

Does anyone know if this has commenced as yet the Electronic Travel Authorization or ETA ? Apparently to be filled out before arrival

Two questions

1) does anyone know how long they are going to keep this visa or is there risk of them abruptly removing it down the road ? I was going to apply next year.

2) i heard that you only get one 180 day extension in the 5 year period. Does that sound right ?

Advice for keeping enough in the bank in my case 400,000 baht . On a marrage ext does it have to be my name only and can it be in an interest account ?

Is e visa the same as the new ETA coming in soon

Dtv thailand nomad visa

Visa agencies in thailand that can process dtv, tourist visa extension, student visa, etc

ETA, the Electronic Travel Authorization, to Thailand will not start anytime soon.

Once the trial was supposed to start this December, but it had been postponed and the new implementation date has not been released.

We currently don't accept posts about ETA until further official information is released.

If your request for DTV is refused can you ask it again at the same embassy or a different embassy?
