The first year you will need to deposit the ฿800k into a bank acct

After that you can do the ฿65k a month..:or just leave the ฿800k in there untouched forever

Ok so your rent went up a little bit if you’re converting your home currency…ok

But all your THB bills stayed the same…nothing has went up on the Thai side
