As long as your TM30 is the same as it was before you left -

If you have left Thailand since your last 90 day check in - You don’t have to do it until 89 days from when you were last stamped into Thailand

The 90 day Non-O , from outside Thailand , is a single entry - after fulfilling the requirements for the 12 month extension ( within the 90 days ) you can get a Multi entry component

The only way you can do that is using a Visa agent

Cannot transfer a TV to a long term Visa within Thailand

Cheaper & easier to apply for the Non-O single entry in your home country

Do you have the money for the 800 K ?

In regards to insurance Coming over I recommend getting 30 days cover from your home country

Then when you arrive work on getting Thai insurance cover

- You will require an IDP to ride a motorcycle .

Depending on your home country , IDP is only valid here for 90 days and you are then required to get a Thai license ( but you need an IDP from home )

- Small apartment

Water 100 baht - 150 baht

- electricity approx 400B - 700 baht a month

But these can vary on personal situation
