If I’ve done my 90 day report in the past, can I do it online now? Does it work if I’ve left and came back since my last report?

TLDR : Answer Summary
If you have left Thailand and re-entered since your last 90-day report, you must complete the first report after your return in person. Subsequent 90-day reports can usually be submitted online, provided that all information matches your previous submissions. Ensure your TM30 registration remains unchanged, as inconsistency may lead to rejection of online submissions. If you encounter issues, many services offer to assist with in-person submissions.

If you've left the country and then returned you have to file in person at most immigration offices

Contrary to other opinions, the online reporting works for me even when I return from abroad. The important thing is that the report matches the one I had on my TM30 at the time.

I just moved to the beginning of Bueng Kan province. I have to drive 2hours 80 kilometers to the immigration office. It seems very inefficient . Hopefully after the first 90 days they will allow it to be done online.

I found doing it online is unreliable. Going yourself usually 1hour…. Sometimes more. Very efficient

If you have any issues you can always use our system here, and we will file in person on your behalf, and mail your the original immigration receipt.

90 days report count anew every time you re-enter. If you did your 90 days report manually once, the next one should work online unless you change your address/passport.

Why don’t you try to do it online and then if rejected you can go in person. Difficult?

Only one correct answer: 1. First 90-day report after LAST stamped entry date into Thailand must be done in person. 2. For the next and following 90-day reports, an online report will usually be successful and all you need to do UNLESS you enter any information incorrectly (exact date of last entry into Thailand, address originally submitted in Thailand, name, etc.).

This is correct.

In most cases, once you’ve completed the initial report in person, you can continue submitting online. There are a few exceptions where an in-person visit may still be required, but they’re not common.

If you leave the country, you’ll need to complete the first report in person again before returning to the online system.

For some groups, like those on DTV visas, this can be limiting. Since over 90% leave the country every 180 days, they typically won’t be able to use the online system at all.

If your report is rejected and you prefer to have it handled in person through an agency, we offer this service starting from 375 THB. We’ll send you a digital copy and mail the original receipt back to you.

You or your landlord needs to do a TM 30 upon your return to your home from staying somewhere else. If you left the country and came back, the 90 day count starts on the date of your last entry stamp.

the person responsible for where you stay files a TM30 to report that a foreigner is staying there, you wouldn't normally do it yourself

Adrian Foister my landlord does mine. He finally went to immigration last week and found out exxactly what he needs to do for paperwork for my visas. He does mine online. My old laandlord was old and didn't know how to do it online so I used his ID and set up an account online. I don't remember exactly what they asked for but I had copies of his ID card, house book and chanote title back and front. Same things that are needed to get an O visa and extension here.

As long as your TM30 is the same as it was before you left -

If you have left Thailand since your last 90 day check in - You don’t have to do it until 89 days from when you were last stamped into Thailand

Answer: he has to do it in person.

The rest he wrote is not even related to the question.

Day report to 1

No matter how many you did prior to the international trip
