yes that's what happened with me I got tested 8pm checked out 2pm next day them that tested in the early afternoon were gone early hours of the morning

You still have to do your covid test 72 hour b4 you fly negative at airport go where you want . I think there might be some kind of cert or qr code after test nobody knows yet it's only been announced
