Hello, I had a work permit and stayed by it for last 2 years in Thailand.
I want now to apply for DTV visa,
I have bank proof and freelance employment contract. I heard that to get DTV right after work permit could be difficult. Is that true does anyone applied for that? I want to apply in Vietnam
Maybe this is a silly question but I will use minimum 65 000 baht per month transfer to my Thai bank account for my 1 year extension (Non-Immigrant O retired in the bottom) because Immigration Office refused my income letter from Swedish Embassy in Bangkok.
So, I understand that every single month 65 000 baht must be transferred to my account in my name only, it need to be shown as transactions from outside Thailand.
Does it matter how many days it is between these monthly transactions or is it okay as long as it comes into my account every calendar month?
I mean for an example 20th November, 10th December, 15th January and so on, is there a minimum/maximum days rule between these transactions?
I’m Currently a WP holder for 1 year now and my Bangkok Bank account got frozen. They are requiring a Certified copy of your U.S. passport endorsed by the embassy. My suggestion don’t use Bangkok Bank. No other bank has that requirement.
Hello. I have a question about applying for a Thailand non-o visa in Vietnam. I have a limited time in Vietnam on their visa. If my non-o e-visa for thailand takes too long, can I enter thailand and then do a border run to Vietnam when the e-visa comes through and come back on the non-o? Anyone have experience with that?
Did anyone can open bank account with non-o spouse visa recently? (Married to a Thai )
On beginning of July i went to Bkk bank and Kasikorn bank branch in Phuket in order to open bank account for my husband. But the bank staff insisted they only accept non-o retirement visa or work permit. It’s really hassle now 😥
I am 20years old and currently a dual citizen Thai and British and was wondering about this Service Liabilty Letter on my Uk army application. It says about proof of not being called back for national service. Although I’ve just recently finished my 1 year national service with documents saying I’ve finished my duty.
