Hi,

seeking to have a chat with anyone from Australia 🇦🇺 that has recently/successfully applied for Non-O Visa via the eVisa system online.

Have a few questions BEFORE I submit my application.

Much appreciated.

Hello. I have a question about applying for a Thailand non-o visa in Vietnam. I have a limited time in Vietnam on their visa. If my non-o e-visa for thailand takes too long, can I enter thailand and then do a border run to Vietnam when the e-visa comes through and come back on the non-o? Anyone have experience with that?

Did anyone can open bank account with non-o spouse visa recently? (Married to a Thai )

On beginning of July i went to Bkk bank and Kasikorn bank branch in Phuket in order to open bank account for my husband. But the bank staff insisted they only accept non-o retirement visa or work permit. It’s really hassle now 😥

Thank you for every advice 🙏🏻

Hello Everyone,

I am 20years old and currently a dual citizen Thai and British and was wondering about this Service Liabilty Letter on my Uk army application. It says about proof of not being called back for national service. Although I’ve just recently finished my 1 year national service with documents saying I’ve finished my duty.

The British army still won’t accept it.

Any help would be appreciated, Thank you.

I’m a solo traveler and I need to figure out how to get a DTV visa to get back to Thailand. I originally came in to Thailand on a 90 day tourist visa. I then extended another 30 days. I left the country and went to Malaysia for about a month. I came back into Thailand on a 60 day tourist no visa. I left again and came back for another 60 days. I’m currently in Vietnam but I have to get a DTV visa per Thailand immigration. I was told by Thailand Immigration agent I can do this while I’m in Vietnam. So I only have a week in Vietnam. I want to extend in Vietnam to give me more time to get this done. However I cannot found any information on how to extend in Vietnam. Any advice is greatly appreciated. IDP international driving license / insurance question.

I'm a regular visitor to Sakon Nakhon and have a couple of people who kindly let me use their cars when I visit. I have an IDP with my full British driving license but am unsure if the owners insurance will cover me for the odd days that I borrow a car.

Later this year I'm moving to Thailand under a DTV visa an I'll probably take the Thai driving test as well to be sure.

Any advice or info appreciated.

Thanks :)

Guys I'm kinda scared about re-entry. Which airport is safer for DTV holders in Bangkok: Suvarnabhumi (BKK) or Don Mueang (DMK)?

Hi, with regard to marriage registration.....I have the affidavit and certified copy of my passport from the Canadian embassy and I know we need to go to a department of consular affairs to register the marriage. Questions:

1. Do we both need to go together or can just one of us go?

2. Does it matter which office we go to? Normally we are in Bangkok, but we will be in Chumphon next week (where we will get married). My wife's ID card shows Chumphon but she lives in Bangkok

I'm returning to Canada on the 22nd and I could book an appointment for the 21st in the Bangkok office, but it wouldn't be convenient for my wife to attend (hence question 1)
