Non O in Australia last year, straight forward online process.

its not easy but patience helps. The website is not very intuitive, took about an hour to get the house registration done. Once done you can print your report through the export function. Doing a new or extended TM30 is very easy once you do the initial set up, took me about 30 seconds.

I am 71 and opened a bank accout with Kbank in September. They set up my phone banking as well.

Kbank gave me the docos last week just after my 2 months were done, very helpful service at the branch concerned.

Also print the e visa the Thai consulate sent you, bank will ask to see it as well

Hi everyone, thanks for your helpful comments. Went to Immigration today to submit all my documents. The affidavit was signed by the IO as suggested by some members. The submission went smoothly as I had all the required docos and the staff at the office were quite helpful. They added 30 days more to my Non O to allow more time for the final approval to come back (approx. 60 days left now on Non O). All good, thanks for the advice.
