I bought my own place in 2002 for 1.15 million baht. I sold it in 2013 for 2 million baht. If I'd rented for 13 years at 10,000 bht a month, I'd of paid out 1.56 million baht in rent and had nothing to show for it 🤔.

You can have a business partner, but you probably wouldn't be married to them. Ridiculous world we live in these days, full of woke bullshit.

Once you get past eighty years, if your healthy and lucky enough to get to that age, if you got seriously ill with say cancer or CardioVascular disease no amount of medical intervention is going to be much use, only prolong your suffering. Live happy and die happy.
